Every week follows a structured split across 4 phases — 2 lower body days, 2 upper body days, 1 conditioning variation, 1 optional endurance run, and 1 mandatory full recovery day. Recovery is also baked into every training session. All workouts are delivered through Trainerize and you'll have access to the Flight 75 group accountability chat.
